Ground Penetrating Radar
Ground penetrating radar provides a view into concrete structures and other structures by providing instant imagery for on-site evaluation.
Utility Locating
We provide utility locating services for commercial and private clients by using Ground Penetrating Radar and tools specifically designed to locate utilities.
Concrete Scanning
We are able to scan through concrete using our state of the art technologies to get a three-dimensional view of object beneath just about any surface.
Utility Scanning, underground scanning
Interra-Inc. uses the newest equipment to detect pipes, sondes, telecommunication lines buried utilities. These devices detect buried power cables, CATV cables, gas and water pipes, sewer lines, telephone cables, fiber optic cables with sheath, sondes, inspection camera transmitters. The Transmitter emits a signal. The Receiver detects the signal. You can locate the relative position of the buried utility, sonde or camera by following the tracing signal.

Ground Penetrating Radar Capabilities
Commercial Construction
GPR is often used to locate, metal, rebar, conduits, glass fiber cables as well as voids during inspection.
Forensic Investigation
Forensic matters sometimes require searching for evidence beneath the ground or behind other surfaces.
Environmental Remediation
GPR can be used to define landfills, contaminant plumes and other remediation sites.
Archeological Excavation
Ground penetrating radar is often used to map burial sites and other archeological features in addition to excavation.
Water and Utility Location
Underground utility locations often relies on GPR technology to locate non-conductive utilities due to its effectiveness with locating plastic conduits.
